Terms of Service
These terms summarize the operating boundaries for SmarToken API gateway and account services. Production legal language should be reviewed before public launch.
Service scope
SmarToken provides an OpenAI-compatible API gateway, model catalog, dashboard, API-key controls, prepaid balance, usage records and support workflows. It does not provide a public web chat product.
Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for safeguarding account access, console sessions and API keys. Rotate or revoke keys when they are exposed, and use model scope and budget controls for production workloads.
Billing and top-up
Usage is deducted from prepaid USD wallet balance based on recorded token usage, configured model pricing and account rules. Top-up availability depends on configured payment providers and regional availability.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to abuse upstream providers, bypass security controls, violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, or operate workloads that create unreasonable risk for SmarToken or other users.
